1195 Victory Drive

And so we start another little set. A while back two friends and I drove around for a while looking for something to explore and shoot, when we happened upon this burned-out building. Being in a blurry mood lately, I decided to use my Arax tilt-shift lens (as a change from the Lensbaby).

Nice find. This actually makes me think of one of those moderately dreary post-war streets in England, at least as seen in the movies.

A neat capture. For some reason I\'m always drawn to numbers in images. Wonder if the fence could stand if it weren\'t for the growth:-)

I like this somewhat weathered sign. The street\'s name must have an interesting history. Fine shot.

Interesting shot, rather ironic a burned out building on Victory Drive. Great find and compo.

The selective focus really adds to the mood…well done!

The ivy has claimed victory over that fence.

I like the sign very much and think I prefer the tilt/shift to the lensbaby – it somehow feels more controlled.
