Let’s take a short break from the scrap metal yard to show some images taken on a recent walk to lunch. This is an old Mercury Comet automobile that was parked on the side of the road.

This past weekend I was eating brunch with a friend when I decided to take a photo of the restaurant. As I snapped the photo, a server walked by.

As I was walking through the local cemetery the other day, I walked along the edge that borders a train track and snapped this shot. It’s the 6th anniversary of my starting a photoblog. I can’t believe that I’ve stuck with it so long.

While walking home from lunch the other day, I noticed this section of a power pole and liked all the reminders of the notices that had been posted there over the years.

While getting in my car the other day, I saw this spill/stain on the concrete. I think it was coffee, but it looked like an aerial view of a brown land.
