I absolutely love this delicious color of the sky and those banner things remind me of my childhood. I recall they always had them on car lots and I used to tag along with my dad who loved to just look even when he wasn't going to buy. This one would make a great print too. It's dreamy, whimsical, and full of memories...at least that's how I see it.

This is sensational! The composition is brilliant and I love the colour.
So tell me, if you won't mind, did you cross process the film itself in development or in post production (photoshop)?

It was asked: "did you cross process the film itself in development or in post production (photoshop)?" Xpro'd in film development, definitely. :)

Nice, Otto! I love the colors and the vignetting. And that balloon in the corner is perfect!

i like the first one better. although both of these could have been a diptych.
faisal on 26th January 2010 @ 4:22pm
This one and the previous one are both great. I agree it would have been great if these were combined together like faisal said.

An absolutely beautiful shot! I like the processing - it gives it such a nice, vintage feel. the colors are really, very lovely

Fantastic sky. The balloon makes the shot - not that there's anything wrong with the previous shot, it just adds that extra something. I suddenly have the urge to buy a used car.

I love this with the balloon! I liked the picture without it too, but wow, what a difference with the balloon in the frame!

très belle diagonale de couleurs, sur un beau fond de ciel chargé.
