Let's leave New Mexico and move on to something else. A few weekends ago, I went to a monthly antique mart with a friend. I brought my Lomo LC-A+, but decided to just use my iPhone to take photos of anything that caught my eye. This was an old piggy bank globe at one of the booths.

I like the faded colors on this piggy bank. The iPhone did a fine job of recording the essentials.

Perfect for the iPhone. It wouldn't be the same with a professional camera. It's odd how the IPhone and an App can take what might otherwise be considered the mundane and make it such a beautiful image.

very nicely captured, i would never have thought to use an iphone.

Really good one, Otto. Love the soft colors and texture. I'm finding that iPhone shots+apps can easily create beautiful lo-fi looking images. I never would have thought.

Really nice colour, perhaps I should give my iPhone a whirl, but I seem hooked on increasingly big files :-)
